Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeuere circumstances during the tour

Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalisation, or any personal emergency

Anything specifically not mentioned in the Tour itinerary column

International Return airfare as per the itinerary & applicable ticket taxes

Cost of Basic Travel Quota (BTQ) equivalent to USD 10,000

To and fro Air fare, Airport transfers, visa fees to join/leave the group and Airport snack hamper for joining and leaving guests

The tour will operate subject to a minimum of 20 passengers booking on the tour. Services of a professional and experienced Tour Manager or a local representative is subject to min. 20 full paying passenger

If you are staying post or Pre tour on any tour please carry initiation paper from your relative from relative or hotel bookings

Any damages caused to the hotel rooms/coach during your stay, shall be payable by the passengers. AirHob will not be liable for the same

The Company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity which may occur in carrying out of the tour arrangement

Management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses due to delay or changes in train, plane, bus, ship or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers

We reserve the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursion advertised or substitute a hotel of similar class if deemed advisable or necessary.

For the convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes amend the itinerary, however all the other services will remain the same

AirHob(ticketing agent ) will not be liable for any loss of baggage by the Airline

Tours operated are subject to RBI/GOI regulations

USD component will be calculated at the prevailing rate of exchange with INR on the day of payment

Please specify any special handling requirement comprehensively, e.g. Unaccompanied minors, wheelchairs, assistance for medical cases or degree of disability. These arrangements are to be made if available and in advance

Standard check in at hotels is from 1400 to 1500.check out is 1100

Booking Amount USD 100 Per Head non Refundable and Balance 45 Days Prior to the Departure date

If you book 60 days before the tour departure date, you need to pay 50% cost to hold the tour booking.Rest amount need to be paid 30 days before the tour departure date

If you book 45 days before the tour departure date, you need to pay 75% cost to hold the tour booking.Rest amount need to be paid 15 days before the tour departure date

If you book 30 days before the tour departure date, you need to make full payment to confirm the tour booking.
